Who we are
insighthackerz.com ("the Site") is operated by INSIGHTHACKERZ YAZILIM REKLAM TİC. LTD. ŞTİ., Küçükbakkalköy Mah. Dereboyu Cad. BRANDIUM Residence No:3A, R5 Blok, K:7 D:48, Ataşehir / İstanbul, Türkiye. We are the data controller for the processing described in this policy. You can reach us at hello@insighthackerz.com.
This policy covers the Site and its free tools only. It does not cover any other product we may offer under a separate agreement.
In short
- Most tools on the Site run entirely in your browser. What you type into them is not sent to us.
- A few tools send a URL you enter to our server so we can fetch that page on your behalf. We do not store the URL or the page after the request is finished, except for queued jobs, which we keep for 24 hours and then delete.
- We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the Site is used. It loads when you visit; you can block it in your browser or with Google's opt-out add-on (see section 3a).
- We do not sell personal data, we do not run advertising on the Site, and there is no account to create.
What we process, and why
Usage analytics (Google Analytics 4)
We use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to measure page views and which tools are used. For this, Google sets cookies (_ga and _ga_*) and processes your approximate location (derived from your IP address, which Google truncates before storing), device and browser type, the pages you view, and a tool_used event that records the tool name, the language of the page, the tool variant and whether the inputs were fully filled in. The values you enter into a tool are never sent to Analytics.
Analytics loads when you open the Site. You can prevent it by blocking cookies for this Site in your browser settings, or by installing Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). We intend to add a consent banner so that Analytics runs only after you accept it; this policy will be updated when it is live. Analytics data is retained by Google for 2 months.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding how the Site is used (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") Art. 5(2)(f); GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) for visitors in the EEA).
Hosting and server logs
The Site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes your IP address, user agent and the address you request in order to deliver the page and to protect against abuse, and keeps short-lived infrastructure logs. We do not read, export or retain these logs. We also use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, which count page views and measure loading performance without cookies: Vercel derives a visitor identifier from a hash of your IP address and browser that is discarded after 24 hours, and page performance metrics carry no personal data.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Tools that run in your browser
Calculators, the UTM builder, the hreflang generator, the schema markup generator, the SERP simulator and similar tools process everything on your device. Nothing you enter leaves your browser.
Tools that fetch a page for you
The SSR checker, on-page SEO checker, redirect checker, robots.txt tester and feed converter send the URL you enter to our server, which requests that page and returns an analysis. During the request we process the URL you entered and, for rate limiting, your IP address (held in memory only). We do not store the URL, the fetched page or your IP after the response is sent, and we do not write request logs for these tools.
Queued jobs (site crawl tools)
Tools that take longer than a single request (sitemap generator, broken link checker, internal link checker, site audit) create a job on our own server. For each job we store the URL and settings you submitted, a one-way hash of your IP address (used only to limit how many jobs one visitor can run), and a summary of the results. We do not store the content of the pages we crawled. Jobs are deleted automatically after 24 hours.
Legal basis: performance of the service you requested (Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in preventing abuse (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Contact
If you email us, we process your email address and what you write in order to reply. We keep the correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up.

Because we are established in Türkiye, transfers to Google and Vercel are transfers abroad under KVKK Art. 9; they rely on the safeguards provided by Art. 9. For visitors in the EEA, transfers to the United States rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified, and otherwise on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

We set no other cookies. There are no advertising or social media cookies on the Site.
How long we keep data
Analytics data: 2 months (Google). Queued jobs: 24 hours. Server tool requests: not stored. Email: for the duration of the correspondence and a reasonable period afterwards.
Your rights
Under the KVKK (Art. 11) and, if you are in the EEA, the GDPR, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in Türkiye the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Kurulu), or in the EU member state where you live or work.
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@insighthackerz.com. Because we do not maintain accounts and do not store tool inputs, in most cases we will hold no data that can be linked to you beyond what Google holds under its own controls.
Children
The Site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our processing changes and revise the date at the top. Material changes will be announced on the Site.
