Agreement

These terms govern your use of insighthackerz.com and the tools it provides ("the Service"), operated by INSIGHTHACKERZ YAZILIM REKLAM TİC. LTD. ŞTİ., Küçükbakkalköy Mah. Dereboyu Cad. BRANDIUM Residence No:3A, R5 Blok, K:7 D:48, Ataşehir / İstanbul, Türkiye. By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What the Service is

The Service offers free marketing, analytics and SEO tools that run in your browser or on our servers, together with published industry benchmark data and explanatory content. No account is required. We may add, change or remove tools at any time. These terms do not cover any other product we may offer under a separate agreement.

Acceptable use

You agree to:

• submit only URLs, feeds and content that you own or are authorised to test;
• use the Service for lawful purposes and not to attack, overload, scan or probe third-party websites;
• respect the rate limits built into the Service and not circumvent them, automate access to the Service, or access it by any means other than the interface we provide;
• not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, disrupt the Service, or reverse-engineer parts of it that are not made available as source.

We may limit, suspend or block access for anyone who breaches these rules, without notice.

Your inputs

You keep all rights to anything you enter into a tool. We do not claim ownership of your inputs or of the outputs generated from them. Except as described in our Privacy Policy, we do not store your inputs.

Nature of the results

Tool outputs, calculations and benchmark comparisons are provided for information only. They are not marketing, financial, legal or technical advice, and they do not take your circumstances into account. Benchmark figures are reproduced from third-party publishers as published, with their source, sample and period stated; we do not verify them independently, and the publishers may revise or withdraw them. Tools that analyse a web page see only what our server received at that moment and may differ from what a search engine or a user sees. You are responsible for any decision you make on the basis of the Service.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, text and tool logic, belongs to us or our licensors. Benchmark data belongs to the publishers named on each table. You may freely use the outputs a tool generates for you (such as UTM links, hreflang tags, structured data or sitemap files). You may not copy, republish or resell the Service or its content, other than short quotations with attribution and a link.

Third-party sites

The Service links to and fetches content from third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

Availability and changes

The Service is provided free of charge and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or preserved in its current form, and we may change or discontinue any part of it at any time.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for it, which for the free Service is zero.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or for breach of an essential contractual obligation where such limitation is not permitted; nor does anything in these terms affect the statutory rights of consumers.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For business users, the courts of Istanbul (Anadolu), Türkiye have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which you live remain unaffected, and you may bring proceedings in that country.

Language

These terms are available in several languages for convenience. In case of any inconsistency, the English version prevails.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
